10 weeks!!

Top Ten for 10

1.  You love to be naked 

2.  You love to be held, so you can look over our shoulders

3.  You love Mommy and Daddy, you recognize our voices and love to stare at our faces

First night out on the town, thanks GJ 

4.  You love to eat, and weighed 12lbs 10 ounces this Friday when you got your 2 month shots

We took a trip to the mall with your buddies Jack and Zack, and you were very content in your car seat/stroller

6.  You do not like pacifiers!!

9.  You don't mind mommy dressing you up and taking lots of pictures (for now that is)

Little Tank

You have a rolly polly tummy,

chubby checks and a little double chin,

so many rolls on your body,

sometimes lint gets stuck in :0)

The Doctors!!

Friday July 8th was your 2 month check-up, good thing because you had a little cough this week and we were glad we were going to the Dr.  First, you were weighed and measured, you were 23 inches long and 12. 2 ounces so that put you in the 50th percentile and then mommy asked Dr. tons of questions. He noticed you weren't feeling the best so he did a thorough look at you.  He postponed your vaccinations until next week and told us to keep a careful eye on you.

Well this was a hard day and night for us because you were very very sleepy and not your usual smiley self.  We continued to take your temperature and talked to the Dr. the next morning.  He wanted us to go the Pediatrics Clinic so off we went, they did some cultures and X-rays of your chest and everything was negative!!  You have a URI and could take a week for your body to fight off, we are so happy your Dr. and the Dr.'s at the Clinic care so much about you!!  Lots of extra love for you!!!

Two days later.....we had your big smiles back!!!

We are so glad you are feeling better and we missed our little Dinosaur!!

2 Months

and Happy 2 Months!!!

Let's Celebrate!!

After an afternoon nap...

We took you for a dip (your legs) in the big pool

2 special things about you at 2 Months

1. Some big things you have done this month...you smile really big, you hold up your head, you can stand up when we hold you up and you can grab things, you sleep a long 6 hr stretch at night from 9 to 3, you can coo, talk and screech, you found your hands and like to suck on them, 
2. You are no longer a little newborn baby!!  Mommy had to pack up your little newborn onesies, and take out your 0-3 month clothes.  You lost your newborn hair on top and your new dirty blonde hair is growing in.  You still have pretty blue eyes and long lashes just like mommy.  Your little strawberry birthmark by your left eye grew darker as well, people ask me all the time what happened :0)  You still have that little chunky belly that everyone loves!!  You are so stinkin cute

After this fun weekend of celebrating ~  it's time for a nap, what you do best!!

Radio Flyer

After searching, looking, and waiting we finally got you your first

Radio Flyer Wagon!! 

We can't wait to take you out on many adventures...

Daddy put this together just for you... 1 1/2 hrs later :0)

You both seemed to love it already!

Splish Splash

Even though Florida is beautiful year round, in the summer we go the pool almost everyday!!  You are too little to go in but we set up your cabana and umbrella and we take turns playing with you :0)  You are as happy as can be laying there and talking away

This week we traveled to the pool again but this time the water was green!!  So we decided to blow up your pool so this time you could swim with the help of daddy :0)

You both squeezed in there and had a blast, finally you could go swimming too!
