Tiny Hands and Toes

These little hands will grow to be,

Can't believe our baby boy is already 2 weeks old!!  You're only 14 days old but seem to be on a schedule already, you are up about 3 times a day for about 2hrs, 10am, 7pm, and then 5am, daddy calls this 5'oclock rush because you're ready to go!  Daddy and I are very blessed to have such a good baby, you love to sleep and only fuss when you're hungry of course :0) 
You had your 2 week Dr. appointment and you weigh 8lbs 2 1/2ounces so you've gained 14 ounces in a week, doctor said an ounce a day keeps doctor away so that's 2ounces a day for you!  

You were not a happy camper this Dr. visit... until you ate!

One Week

You are one week old already!!!  

You have adjusted well to coming home, you sleep a lot and eat a lot :0)  At night you are sleeping for about 3 hour stretches so we're up about twice a night with you.  When you are awake you make the cutest little faces especially with your lips, and when you are hungry you try to eat anything that is close to your mouth even our faces!  We are loving every minute with you and hoping you don't grow too fast..

Sunday May 8th I got to celebrate my first Mother's Day with you, what a marvelous gift :0)

First Dr.'s Visit

On Monday May 9, we went to visit Dr. Edelstein and you had a wonderful appointment!

 You got weighed and gained 2.3 ounces

The Dr. sang you some songs, and said everything was looking great!  You were such a good boy and never cried but you did poop twice in that short little visit :0)
