Happy 1st Birthday!!!!
Last year at 9:22 am we were blessed with the most amazing gift it truly has been the best year of our lives!  We can't believe you're 1 but we love watching you grow and learn new things everyday.  Uncle Shaney was extremely happy you were a Star Wars baby, May the 4th be with you!!  As Yoda would say... I am 1 year old am I?

Here's 12 on 12

1.  You went on plane trip #5

2.  You love Gracie she will make you laugh by just scratching her ear

3.  You get into everything!!!  You like to pull out the covers on the outlets, pull off all the dvds on the shelf, play with any wire you see, remotes and our iphones are also favorites, you're quick to put anything in your mouth this month I caught you munching on dog poop!  No kidding this is what you did afterward you were very embarrassed

4.  When find something new to investigate you talk to it wish we knew what you were saying!

5.  You love books when I get one off the shelf to read at night you start laughing.  You also like the game peek-a-boo you love your face covered, I recently pushed you around TJMaxx with a shirt over your head!

6.  You still hate diaper changes and putting clothes on!

7.  Between teething and seperation anxiety at night you've been getting up more frequently!  

8.  You recognize familiar faces and will reach out to be held

9.  You love music and my singing you will dance along!

10.  You had your 3rd haircut your hair grows fast like mommy and daddy

11.  You are so much fun!  We can take you anywhere and you always go with the flow.  People always comment on how you're such a wonderful baby :)  I'm looking forward to all the fun things we'll do this summer

Weight- 21 8ounces

You are still around 50% for both and the Dr. postponed your shots until Tuesday because we have a big birthday party tomorrow!  We are so excited to see what the toddler years have in store for us...  I can say Yippee to Whole Milk!!!

Let's go to work...

Last Thursday it was take your daughter/son to work day, well that would be a little hard so daddy and you visited Kinderland of course!

You always have so much fun and are not intimidated by all the yelling voices calling your name to come and play!  You crawl around and smile at them all :)

Rain Rain go away...

We were looking forward to going to the beach this weekend but Mother Nature had a different plan... we woke up to Rain, Rain, Rain!!  So we cuddled a little longer and played in our jammies a little longer!

A little rain won't stop me from having fun!

Toys, Toys, Toys!!!

You're almost a big 1 year old and that means mommy started putting away your baby things and started organizing your play room with all your big boy toys!!  Yes it has happened our home has turned into Fun Depot!!

Swings

This week has brought a swing of emotions for me!  It's all about God's timing and his plan... after 10 years at my school I'm happy and proud to say I'll be teaching 1st Grade at a wonderful school 5 minutes from home here in sunny Florida!  Change can be scary and intimidating but I know this is the best for my family :)

This is a little late but in February we had our wedding photographer take a family photo shoot of us at the park behind our house

I love love love pictures now my house is swarmed with pictures I'm running out of wall space

Great Times Great Memories

It wouldn't be a birthday party without cake and presents!!

 One of my favorite parts of the day was when we sang Happy Birthday.  You looked around at the all the singing faces and smiled back, then you were a little hesitant with the cupcake but after a few seconds...

 you chowed down!!!

I know this blog was a little long but I wanted to make sure I included everyone from your special day!!  We had so much fun we are so blessed to have so many people that care and love for you so much!
